Michael Vessels, 56, is senior vice president of sales for the Western division and is based in Darien, Conn. Previously, he was the Darien-based head of distribution at FundCore Finance Group of New York.
Tom Winnick, 48, is senior vice president of institutional sales, responsible for identifying and developing opportunities within the registered investment adviser, private-banking and trust service businesses. Previously, he was a Philadelphia-based managing director at Dreman Value Management LLC of Jersey City, N.J.

Bill Wolfe, 42, is senior vice president of sales for the Eastern division. Previously, he was Philadelphia-based national sales manager at The Hartford (Conn.) Financial Services Group Inc.
Delaware Place Bank of Chicago has named Brad Schotanus, 46, executive vice president for commercial banking.
He will oversee all commercial-banking activities, including business development and growth of the bank's commercial-lending portfolio in the greater Chicago area.
Previously, Mr. Schotanus was senior vice president of commercial lending and then senior lender at the bank.

Greg Simonian, 50, and Brian Wilson, 49, are responsible for mutual and hedge fund product distribution throughout the East Coast and Central regions.
