Native American Bank NA of Denver has named Thomas Ogaard, 56, president and chief executive.

He is responsible for all aspects of the bank, including meeting its mission of serving Native American and Alas- kan Native individuals and governments.

Previously, Mr. Ogaard was president and chief executive of Citizens First National Bank of Princeton, Ill.

BDS Marketing Inc. of Irvine, Calif., has hired Mike Britton, 48, as executive vice president.

In his new role, he is president of the Channel Partners and RMSe divisions of the company, and will encourage growth within the units and provide strategic direction.

Previously, Mr. Britton was president of Consumer Impact Marketing Ltd. of Toronto.

Brink's Inc. of Richmond, Va., has hired Darren McCue, 39, as chief commercial strategy officer.

He will lead the development of new products and services, manage the offering of products throughout the company and seek growth opportunities.

Previously, Mr. McCue was executive vice president of strategy and business development for consumer financial solutions in Rockville, Md., for Aetna Inc. of Hartford, Conn.

Commerce Bancshares Inc. of Kansas City, Mo., has promoted John W. Kemper, 35, to president and chief operating officer of its St. Louis branch.

He will direct the company's strategy and line operations, and will work with market and business line leadership.

Previously, Mr. Kemper was the company's chief administrative officer.

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC of Philadelphia has hired John Kline, 41, as executive vice president of wealth management in its Raleigh, N.C., office.

He is responsible for designing retirement-income-planning strategies, creating plans for family wealth preservation and working with affluent families for investment and wealth management services.

Previously, Mr. Kline was a Raleigh-based director in with UBS Financial Services Inc. of New York.

Dynasty Financial Partners LLC of New York has hired Michael Moriarty, 42, as director of investment platforms.

He is responsible for developing and expanding the company's investment management solutions.

Previously, Mr. Moriarty was chief operating officer of PioneerPath and Surveyor Capital, both hedge funds from Citadel Asset Management, a unit of Citadel LLC of Chicago.

Raymond James & Associates Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla., has hired two financial advisers and senior vice presidents of investments in its Houston branch.

In their new positions, Christopher F. Fowler, 63, and Marlene M. Fowler, 58, will provide wealth management services.

Previously, both were advisers in Houston for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management of New York.

RiverFront Investment Group LLC of Richmond, Va., has hired Bart Farinholt, 50, as director of sales to in-dependent registered investment advisers.

Previously, he was on the board and managed the institutional equity sales and trading efforts for Davenport & Co., also of Richmond.

Mercer LLC of New York has hired Kevin Dent, 52, as the international consulting group leader for the central market.

Based in Houston, he will lead a team of consultants who work with different companies within the central market.

Previously, Mr. Dent was director of consulting services at Towers Watson of New York.
