Lisa Dolly replaces Ron DeCicco, who is retiring following a 45-year career with the firm.
Pershing LLC has named Lisa Dolly as its new chief executive officer, effective Feb. 16.
Ms. Dolly, currently the firm’s chief operating officer, is replacing Ron DeCicco, who is retiring as CEO following a 45-year career with Pershing, a BNY Mellon company.
As part of the transition, Mr. DeCicco will serve as an executive adviser over the next year, working closely with Ms. Dolly, and Pershing’s executive committee.
Ms. Dolly, who has been with Pershing for 25 years, is a member of the firm’s executive committee and BNY Mellon’s operating committee.
“We’ve selected a very capable and committed leader at a time when Pershing is in a strong position,” Brian Shea, BNY Mellon vice chairman and chief executive of investment services, said in a prepared statement.
An announcement of Ms. Dolly’s successor as chief operating officer of Pershing is expected in the coming weeks.
