Wells Fargo loses $265 million adviser to Raymond James
Mark Lazar in suburban Salt Lake City moves to firm's employee unit.
Mark Lazar, an adviser who managed $265 million in assets at Wells Fargo Advisors, has joined the employee unit of Raymond James in Cottonwood Heights, a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mr. Lazar, who is being joined by two associates, began his financial services career in 1995 with Merrill Lynch in Visalia, Calif., after he spent 16 years in the retail grocery business.
In 1998, Mr. Lazar moved to Salt Lake City and joined First Security Investor Services, which was acquired by Wells Fargo the following year.
