Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust recently completed its acquisition of Analytic Asset Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor located at 275 Madison Avenue in New York City. The merger establishes a New York office for the Greenwich, CT-based Fieldpoint Private and expands its ability to offer superior wealth strategies and private banking services to the Manhattan market. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

Robert S. Matthews, President and CEO, Fieldpoint Private said, "The acquisition is yet another big step forward for the firm. Not only have we added three talented investment professionals but Fieldpoint Private has officially expanded into New York City."

Analytic Asset Management, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust, offers a new capability to manage individual portfolios of equity and fixed income for Members of Fieldpoint Private who prefer to have their accounts managed directly. In addition, the acquisition brings with it approximately $275 million in new assets under management.

Founded in 2001, Analytic Asset Management's dedication to client-focused relationships and its extensive asset management experience have delivered successful results for its clients. Analytic principals Richard T. Arkwright, Taylor T. Gray, Jill Arkwright Harvey, CFA, and two of their support staff, have now joined the colleagues of Fieldpoint Private.

Mr. Arkwright has more than 35 years of investment experience and an extensive background in finance and banking. Prior to Analytic he was Executive Vice President and a Director of Gray, Seifert & Co. Inc., from 1983 to 2002. Mr. Gray was previously a Director of Finance of BankBoston from 1988 to 1999 and a Vice President at White Oak Capital Management from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Arkwright Harvey, CFA was an analyst at Gray, Seifert & Co. Inc. from 1992 to 2000.
