9. Sears Holding Corp.
Departing CEO Lou D’Ambrosio was unable to bolster two iconic brands — Sears and Kmart and now hedge fund manager Eddie Lampert, who is chairman of the company, will give it a try. The stock is down about 60% over the last five years and the company is losing money and so the stores suffer from a lack of investment. Employees reportedly are not happy.
