According to 24/7 Wall St., Dish’s poor customer service ratings show up in both the ACSI and the MSN Money/Zogby poll. In the latter, it makes the “hall of shame” as one of the 10 worst-rated companies. Businessweek's recent story about Dish was called The Meanest Company in America. That sums it up.
