7 things advisers should do after a referral
Contact them promptly
It should be obvious and go without saying, but you would be surprised that some advisers receive a name and number from a client and put off contacting them. Your client probably mentioned you because their friend expressed a challenge they were dealing with right now. Don’t waste time. Make that phone call a priority.
