Correction: An earlier version of this slideshow incorrectly stated that the information on the slides represented 2017 earnings for Finra executives. The information represents 2018 compensation.
Three Finra executives made more than $1 million in total compensation in 2018, and several more are likely to reach that level once all components of pay are figured in, according to the regulator’s annual financial report released last Friday.
“Finra’s compensation philosophy is a pay-for-performance model that seeks to achieve pay levels in line with the competitive market while meeting the objectives of attracting, developing and retaining high-performing individuals who are capable of achieving our mission, and to provide rewards commensurate with individual contributions and Finra’s overall performance,” the annual report states.
Following are the 10 Finra executives who earned the most. Any deferred compensation and other benefits would be on top of these figures.
