In this session, Jyoti Chopra, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at BNY Mellon will explore how to build a path to leadership and how to navigate your career to reach new heights. Drawing on insights and experiences from organizations like the United Nations, Merrill Lynch, Deloitte and BNY Mellon, Jyoti will present practical advice on topics including: sponsors, mentors and coaches; building subject matter and domain expertise; negotiating skills; evaluating risks and rewards; and building lasting networking circles and spheres of influence.
