Hamilton Software Inc. has released Nest Egg Early Retirement Pro, a standalone downloadable program designed to assist users — knowledgeable individual investors and advisers alike — in planning specifically for the goal of early retirement.

Users can experiment with various asset-stretching tactics, including income tax leveling, borrowing to reduce taxes, and no-penalty early IRA withdrawal strategies.

Nest Egg Pro's planning algorithm can be customized to take into account individual circumstances like estimated college expenses for children or grandchildren, a reverse mortgage or health insurance. It can also help plan a period of semi-retirement.

The program uses Monte Carlo simulation that's run against historic market data to measure a plan's probability of success.

Advisers might also like the program's ability to generate customizable reports, with charts, educational sections, recommended cash sources and asset allocation, among other things.

Nest Egg Early Retirement Pro costs $99.95.

For more information, or to download a free trial of the program visit the company's Nest Egg Early Retirement Pro web page.
