Boston Private taps CFO
David Kaye, senior vice president of Bank of America's asset management organization, will join Boston Private Financial as CFO.
David Kaye, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Columbia Management, Bank of America’s asset management organization, will join Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc. next week as CFO.
Mr. Kaye, 43, who has also been CFO of Bank of America’s Private Bank and a vice president at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions for Boston Private’s fourteen wealth management affiliates.
Timothy Vaill, Boston Private’s chief executive, said Mr. Kaye’s experience will be “invaluable as we continue to build a national wealth management organization.”
