He led nearly 5,000 team members, managing $69 billion in AUM, $19 billion in deposits, and $16 billion in loans, generating $2.5 billion in annual revenue.

Earlier, Gregor served as CEO of Commerce Capital Markets, directing a broad platform that included brokerage, asset management, fixed income trading, investment banking, and retirement services. He was also CEO of Quick and Reilly, where he helped transform the firm from a discount brokerage into a full-service advisory business. After its acquisition by Bank of America, Gregor became co-CEO of Bank of America Investment Services, a role he held until 2005.

He began his career with Citigroup, where he spent nearly a decade in senior roles across consumer banking and private wealth, eventually becoming Northeast Group Executive Vice President.

Gregor has built a reputation for growth-focused leadership, M&A execution, and team development across both established institutions and entrepreneurial ventures. He is a member of the Fast Company Executive Board and remains actively engaged in industry thought leadership and innovation.
