Elle Switzer is a Director of Annuity Product Management at TruStage. In this role, she is responsible for annuity product strategy, innovation, and development, and has helped launch numerous award-winning annuity products. She also leads annuity competitive intelligence and in-force management.
Switzer joined TruStage in 2011 as an actuarial associate supporting annuity valuation. She later held roles in annuity pricing before moving into the role of senior product manager, annuity solutions in 2016 and director, annuity product management in 2018. She currently sits on the LIMRA Retirement Income Strategies committee.
Prior to joining TruStage, Switzer held actuarial positions at Principal Financial Group.
Switzer graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science. She is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
