Jude Scaglione is the director and head of municipal credit research at Alvarez & Marsal Private Wealth Partners. Before joining AMPWP, Scaglione served as a senior vice president at Citi Investment Management. His career in public finance began at JPMorgan Securities, which he followed with experiences as a legislative aide at the New Jersey State Assembly and a congressional intern in the US House of Representatives.
