Randy Bullard

Randy Bullard is the head of investment management at Hightower, where he leads the development of Hightower’s first centralized investment management platform that brings together institutional research and internal knowledge to equip advisors with scalable tools and strategic guidance to enhance client outcomes.

Prior to joining Hightower, Bullard served as global head of wealth for Charles River Development, a State Street company, where he worked closely with its wealth partners to implement solutions for financial advisors and clients while also leading product and service development efforts across the wealth management industry.

Previously, Bullard was general manager for wealth at SigFig, a prominent provider of digital wealth management programs to major banks and wealth providers globally. In 1999, he founded Placemark Investments, an influential firm in the development of Unified Managed Account (UMA) programs, helping transition the industry from siloed separate account and mutual fund wrap programs to integrated UMA platforms.
