Stuart Chaussée is managing director, senior wealth advisor at Lido Advisors. He has nearly four decades of experience specializing in portfolio management and investment planning for affluent individuals and business owners. His focus is on creating and monitoring investment portfolios using defined outcome strategies/buffer ETFs. The majority of his clients are either retired or nearing retirement.
Chaussée began his career in 1986 with Prudential-Bache Securities in Brussels, Belgium. He later worked for Merrill Lynch in Luxembourg and Belgium. He has worked independently since 1987, most recently serving as president of Stuart Chaussée & Associates, Inc. before the firm’s partnership with Lido Advisors in 2025.
Once focused on retirees, pre-retirees and risk-conscious investors, the category has widened into a wider toolkit to help reassure clients in choppy markets.
