We’ve been going for 250 years since the Industrial Revolution, why is it that at the top of every hierarchy of power that we have, whether that be corporate, non-profit or governmental, we don’t find figures of wisdom at the top of that hierarchy of power?

And why aren’t we finding those figures of wisdom permeating their structures with wisdom, integrity, great hearts and authenticity? And that’s the nut that we have to solve.
