A major focus of her work is driving Barnum’s commitment to be an industry leader in providing financial wellness programs to people at all stages of their lives. She led the charge to launch The Establishment Barnum, a new approach to financial education and literacy focusing on young professionals. She also plays a key leadership role in implementing Barnum’s strategic alliance with MetLife to conduct financial wellness workshops for workforces across the country, as well as provide guidance to MetLife customers regarding their group life conversion options through the Transition Solutions program.
Elizabeth also serves as Barnum’s Chief Marketing Officer, providing strategic direction to a team dedicated to supporting our advisors and building Barnum’s brand in the marketplace. She has extensive experience collaborating with Barnum’s CEO, business managers, and leadership team members to bring innovative products and programs to market and improve operating results. By leveraging relationships within Barnum and with outside business partners, Elizabeth has led many transformational initiatives and new business endeavors that have delivered impactful results.
