ARK Investment Management is making its ARK cryptocurrency and cryptoasset strategies available as separately managed accounts on the Eaglebrook Advisors’ SMA platform, which is used by registered investment advisers.

ARK’s cryptocurrency strategy is invested primarily in bitcoin and ether, the largest cryptocurrencies by network value, ARK said in a press release Monday.

ARK’s cryptoasset strategy manages what it believes are the top 10 to 20 coins that represent opportunities relevant to major themes identified by ARK, including smart contract networks, decentralized finance, web3, and infrastructure and scaling.

“The strategies will be separately managed accounts (SMAs) designed to meet the needs of financial advisors, wealth managers, and their clients by offering direct ownership, low minimums, and portfolio reporting integration amongst other benefits,”  Cathie Wood, ARK founder, chief executive officer and chief investment office, said in the statement..
