Staples Financial, a hybrid firm in Inver Heights, Minnesota, that manages $150 million in assets, has affiliated with the broker-dealer platform of LPL Financial and also will use its registered investment adviser platform.
The firm, which was formerly affiliated with First Allied Securities, part of the Cetera network, is led by Kristopher Staples and Trevor Johnson. Office manager Rachael Johnson is also making the move.
Staples’ father, Art, founded the firm 45 years ago; Johnson joined the business in 2008.
