20 Twitter feeds all financial advisers should follow
Few financial advisers have used social media as successfully as Josh Brown, also known by many as The Reformed Broker.
APR 09, 2012
He has thousands of followers on Twitter (19,206 as of 1pm today, to be exact) and expands his thoughts in front of thousands more each day on his own blog. And not only has he managed to use social media to effectively and consistently communicate with the masses, Brown has leveraged his social perch to land regular spots on CNBC and in the Wall Street Journal, among other media outlets. (And somehow he managed to find the time to write a book, "Backstage Wall Street", which just dropped last week. At the same time, Brown has also used his social presence to communicate with existing clients - and also attract new clients to his firm. That's why we asked Brown - who works his way through the crowded cross-streets of financial-related social media better than anyone I know - to give us his list of twenty 'must-follow' Twitter feeds for any adviser who is looking to get a handle, so to speak, on a simple and effective way to start using social media.
