ACA Group, a New York-based provider of governance, risk and compliance solutions to clients in the financial services industry, has acquired Advanced Regulatory Compliance, a Beverly Hills, California-based provider of compliance solutions for registered investment advisers.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
ARC, which was founded in 2004, will add to the depth of ACA’s professional team, the company said in a press release Tuesday.
