Advisor360 has just added to its network of partnerships with the unveiling of a new collaboration.
GWN Securities, a national independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, has selected Advisor360 to build a new technology platform for its advisors.
The firm aims to use Advisor360's unified, multi-custodial account opening solution and flexible wealth management platform as the cornerstone of its new tech stack.
"We believe this technology investment will drive our firm’s next phase of growth, especially when it comes to advisor recruitment and retention," Walter McBay, managing director at GWN Securities, said in a statement.
"This integration will significantly enhance our current and future financial advisors’ productivity—helping them to grow and strengthen relationships with clients," McBay said.
Under the partnership, GWN’s advisors will benefit from a raft of tools on the Advisor360 platform which include account opening, advisor experience, data and reporting, and client portal modules.
The platform promises a seamless, multi-custodial account opening process across various investment assets and product types, alongside a fully integrated advisor desktop.
The firm is also offering a new client portal with wealth planning tools and access to insurance and investment products, which helps facilitate online collaboration with investors.
"We’re pleased to bring our modular wealth technology solutions to GWN’s financial advisors and clients,” said Mike Fanning, CEO of Advisor360, who was appointed to the role in late April.
“Our focus on productivity and fast, high-quality data will help position GWN for accelerated growth," Fanning said.
Over the past year, Advisor360 has rolled out several productivity-enhancing updates, including a gifts and entertainment disclosure feature, a multiple transfer of assets functionality for onboarding, and a revamp of its flagship Client360 application.
Blue Anchor Capital Management and Pickett also purchased “highly aggressive and volatile” securities, according to the order.
