Orion Advisor Services, an Omaha, Neb.-based provider of portfolio accounting services to advisers, has introduced a trading and rebalancing platform. Branded as Eclipse, the offering allows advisers to customize and automate trade and rebalance parameters at several levels and to customize tax-loss harvesting requirements, the company said in a release. The platform, which also enables straight-through trade processing with participating custodians and monitors portfolio cash requirements, has trading dashboards that allow advisers to see which portfolios need further review. "Orion's priority is to ensure that advisers' businesses and workflows are efficient and that they have access to the latest and greatest technology," said Eric Clarke, CEO of Orion Advisor Services. "We could not be more excited about the opportunity and efficiency that Eclipse will bring to our advisers and help them enjoy their business again."
