Hub International, a Chicago-based insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has acquired the assets of 401(k) Advisors, a Wilmette, Illinois-based retirement plan consultant advising on $1.3 billion in assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Stace Hilbrant, managing director of 401(k) Advisors, will join Hub Midwest West.
