Bonhill receives offers for InvestmentNews
The sale of the company's UK and Asian business to a privately owned UK media company is expected to close in January.

Bonhill plc has received “indicative conditional offers” for its U.S. business, InvestmentNews LLC, and will provide a further update once a preferred buyer has been selected, the company said in a release.

Bonhill also said that it has received a conditional offer of £6.6 million in cash (U.S. $8.05 million) from a privately owned UK media company for its UK and Asia businesses. That transaction is expected to close in January, subject to the completion of satisfactory due diligence.

In October, Bonhill said it was conducting a strategic review of its businesses and a formal sale process.
