CV Advisors has added a top-caliber talent to its advisory bench with its recruitment of an experienced portfolio manager from a respected multi-family office.

The Florida-based RIA with more than $11 billion in AUM announced that it has appointed Ari Hadida as its newest portfolio manager and member of the firm's investment committee.

Hadida joins the firm from Valor Advisors, a prominent multi-family office based in Miami, where he served as a portfolio manager and member of the investment committee. He brings $800 million in assets on behalf of clients, including $600 million brought over from Valor.

“I believe CV Advisors’ ability to provide ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions with a high-touch, single-family office service offering at scale is a game changer,” Hadida said in a statement. “I am eager to begin implementing it on behalf of my clients.”

With more than 18 years of financial advisory experience, Hadida’s career also includes his tenure as vice president and global investment specialist at JPMorgan Private Bank, where he was entrusted with advising ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Earlier in his career, he worked at UBS Wealth Management as a financial advisor to clients in the high-net-worth space.

In his new role, Hadida will draw on his extensive private banking and investment advisory experience as he focuses on the construction and management of client portfolios.

He will also be instrumental in providing comprehensive, single-family office service to CV Advisors’ clients as they seek professional assistance to help meet their financial goals.

Elliot Dornbusch, founding partner and CEO of CV Advisors, expressed his enthusiasm at the latest addition to his firm’s talent pool.

“As an industry veteran and investment adviser with extensive experience and expertise, Ari could have joined many different investment firms,” Dornbusch said. “The fact that he chose CV Advisors is a testament to our unique approach to wealth management.”

He said CV Advisors’ in-house resources, including its “all-in-one proprietary technology and robust research capabilities,” will enable Hadida to “provide his clients with a broad array of tailored services and an exceptional client experience.”

The addition of Hadida comes after CV advisors received a minority investment from Constellation Wealth Capital, joining the growing trend of RIAs receiving strategic stakes from deep-pocketed PE firms.

Karl Heckenberg, CEO of Constellation Wealth Capital, highlighted the firm’s competitive position as a differentiated player, citing its “highly customized and integrated single-family office platform” that helps “support [clients’] evolving financial needs.

“I believe their approach is compelling in today’s wealth management ecosystem,” Heckenberg said.
