Financial Principles, a hybrid advisory firm managing $365 million, has switched affiliations from Securities America to HighTower Advisors. The 20-year-old firm, which is based in Fairfield, N.J., with an office in New York City, is led by Bradley H. Bofford, Michael A. Flower and Daniel G. Trout. Mr. Bofford and Mr. Flower have worked together since the 1990s; Mr. Trout joined them in 2003.
