Minnesota RIA merges into Credent Wealth Management
Personal Wealth Partners managed $631 million from two offices. The new locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin brings the total number of Credent Wealth Management offices to six.

Personal Wealth Partners, a Bloomington, Minnesota-based registered investment adviser managing $631 million, has merged into Credent Wealth Management, a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based RIA managing $1.8 billion.

Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

Personal Wealth Partners will merge its Bloomington and River Falls, Wisconsin, offices and now operate as Credent Wealth Management. The addition of the new locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin brings the total number of Credent Wealth Management offices to six. Credent Wealth said in a press release.
