The National Association of Personal Financial Advisers has teamed up with the Hueler Companies to launch a platform that allows fee-only financial planners to purchase institutionally priced annuities for their clients by the end of the month. As a result of the agreement, Arlington Heights, Ill.-based NAPFA's 1,700 members have access to the Hueler Companies' Income Solutions quoting platform, which provides institutionally priced web-based immediate annuity purchase platform for IRA rollover assets. The platform, which is only available to individuals through retirement plan administrators and plan sponsors, allows advisers to request lifetime income annuity quotes on behalf of their clients at lower prices than that which is typically available through retail distributors. Each of the annuity products offered on the Income Solutions platform can be customized to meet an individual's personal objectives, are competitively quoted, and provide full fee disclosure, according to NAPFA. Some of the companies whose products can be accessed through the platform include AIG Life Insurance Co., Hartford Life Insurance Co., Integrity Life Insurance Co., Mutual of Omaha, Principal Life Insurance Co. and Prudential Insurance Co. of America. Hueler Companies is based in Minneapolis.
