GE adds fund to Pacific Life’s VA platform

GE Asset Management Inc. of Stamford, Conn., today agreed to add the GE Investments Total Return Fund to Pacific Life Insurance Co.’s variable annuity platform.

GE Asset Management Inc. of Stamford, Conn., today agreed to add the GE Investments Total Return Fund to Pacific Life Insurance Co.’s variable annuity platform. The fund will be part of the Newport Beach, Calif.-based insurer’s VA roster, effective Feb. 1. The GE Investments Total Return Fund currently holds investments in U.S. equities, international equities, fixed income and tactical cash. It’s based on the same asset allocation process as GE’s U.S. pension plan and has been offered with Richmond, Va.-based Genworth Financial Inc.’s variable annuity.
