New York Life promotes three in Asia

New York Life International LLC, the New York-based carrier’s international arm, today announced three promotions in its Hong Kong division. Michael Burson, formerly vice president of New York Life’s agency system in the United States, has been promoted to senior vice president for recruiting in Asia. He will report to Eric Campbell, executive vice president and chief distribution officer of New York Life International. Anne Weedon, associate vice president and head of wealth management in Asia, has been promoted to vice president for multichannel distribution in Asia. Karen McIntosh, an independent consultant for the company’s regional products initiative in Asia, has been appointed vice president of the product center of excellence in Asia, which will focus on product design and development in international markets. Ms. Weedon and Ms. McIntosh will report to William Beaty, vice chairman of New York Life International.
