Pioneer Investment Management Inc. announced today that two funds whose distribution was limited to Massachusetts residents since their creation in December 2005 are now available nationally. The funds, Pioneer Research Value Fund and Pioneer Research Growth Fund, are designed to offer investors long-term capital growth strategies by investing primarily in equity securities of U.S. issuers. “These funds combine both our fundamental- and quantitative-research capabilities,” John Peckham, Pioneer’s head of global fundamental research, said in a statement. Boston-based Pioneer Investments had $326.3 billion in assets under management as of May 31.
