Praxis Consulting, based in Sacramento, California, has $240 million in retirement plan assets and $110 million in personal advisory assets.

OneDigital Investment Advisors, an Atlanta-based registered investment adviser and a wholly owned subsidiary of insurance broker OneDigital, has acquired Praxis Consulting, a Sacramento, California-based retirement plan consulting firm that manages $350 million in assets, including $240 million in plan assets.

Praxis principal Mark Ray will become a senior vice president at OneDigital Investment Advisors and continue overseeing Praxis’ plan assets and $110 million in personal advisory assets.
