Allworth Financial, a Sacramento, California-based registered investment advisory firm managing almost $12 billion, has acquired Giordano Wealth Management Group of Los Gatos, California, which manages more than $315 million.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Giordano Wealth Management serves approximately 400 client households. It was founded in 2010 by Chris Giordano, who was previously affiliated with LPL Financial.
“The White House has extremely strict ethical guidelines with respect to issues like this,” said Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
