The Kelly & Wohlner Group, formerly with UBS, has joined HighTower's platform for registered investment advisers. The Denver-based team manages $160 million in assets and is HighTower's first member firm in Colorado, the company said in a release. Jeffery Kelly had been with UBS for more than 10 years, and earlier was with Morgan Stanley for 11 years. Brian Wohlner joined UBS in 2014. He had been with Quadriga Partners, a Denver-based investment bank and financial advisory firm, before that.
