Strategic Financial and Tax Planning Services, a Hauppauge, N.Y.-based hybrid managing and advising $250 million in assets, has switched affiliations from Royal Alliance to LPL Financial. (More:Five-member FiNet team managing $360 million moves to LPL The firm, located in the Long Island suburbs of New York, will use LPL's broker-dealer and corporate registered investment advisor platforms. Strategic Financial is headed by Guy Nicosia and partners John Nicosia, his son, and Matthew Barbis.
