Merrill team managing $250 million moves to Stifel
J.R. Koeijmans and Lance Whitworth join firm's Dallas office.

J.R. Koeijmans and Lance Whitworth, who managed $250 million in assets at Merrill Lynch, have joined the Dallas office of Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Separately, John Patterson has joined Stifel's office in Redlands, Calif., from Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was responsible for $65 million in client assets. (More:See more adviser moves in InvestmentNews' Adviser on the Move database.) Mr. Koeijmans began his securities career at Merrill Lynch in 2009. Mr. Whitworth began his career at A.G. Edwards in 2005 and moved to Merrill Lynch in 2007. Mr. Patterson began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1993, and moved in 1999 to A.G. Edwards, which was later acquired by Wells Fargo.
