Morgan Stanley reps in Colorado join Raymond James

Three who managed $144 million form team in Colorado Springs.

Three Morgan Stanley representatives who collectively manage $144 million in assets have formed a team and joined Raymond James & Associates in Colorado Springs, Colo. The three — Janis Cross, Matthew West and A.J. Schultz — were solo practitioners, Raymond James said in a release. (More: See all the latest moves in the InvestmentNews Advisers on the Move database) Ms. Cross joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 after a career in hospital administration, while Mr. West joined Citigroup/Smith Barney in 2001, becoming a financial adviser in 2004. Mr. Schultz interned with Smith Barney while in college and joined the firm full time after graduating; he became a financial adviser in 2011.
