Piper Jaffray executive joins Hilltop Securities as CEO
M. Bradley Winges becomes head of Dallas-based securities firm.

M. Bradley Winges, formerly a senior executive managing director at Piper Jaffray, has joined Hilltop Securities Inc. as president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Hill A. Feinberg who remains chairman. (More: Two Morgan Stanley brokers sue their old firm as they walk out the door) The firm, based in Dallas, Texas, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc., which was founded in 1946 and is the parent of several financial services firms including a bank, a registered investment adviser and a broker-dealer.
