Prosperity Capital Advisors is advancing a firmwide strategy designed to deliver a more seamless and comprehensive wealth management experience.
The RIA is formally bringing together five firms - JL Smith Holistic Wealth Management, Alison Wealth Management, OneTeam Financial, Hammer Financial Group and FSC Wealth Advisors - under the single, unified Prosperity Capital Advisors brand.
The combined organization includes 152 front- and back-office professionals, with 98 IARs across the broader platform overseeing a total of $4.7 billion in assets under management (based on figures at the end of 2025).
The firm’s newly introduced vision focuses on bringing together financial planning, investment management, tax optimization, risk management and estate planning into a single, coordinated offering aimed at simplifying increasingly complex client needs.
CEO Stan Milovancev said the initiative reflects a continued shift toward deeper integration across the business, supported by expanded use of technology, including artificial intelligence, to enhance both client outcomes and advisor efficiency.
“Prosperity’s evolution has always been about building a destination advisory firm, a place where clients, advisors, and team members feel at home, aligned, and fully supported in pursuit of exceptional outcomes,” he said. “For us, this is not an endpoint, but the beginning of the next chapter in a firm where people can stay, grow, and lead together.”
The model unifies multiple capabilities under one structure, giving advisors access to broader in-house expertise and allowing for more tailored solutions, particularly for high-net-worth clients, business owners and individuals with complex compensation structures.
At the same time, the firm is increasing investment in digital tools intended to improve visibility into client portfolios and streamline internal workflows, enabling advisors to focus more on relationship-driven planning.
Three of the firm’s advisors were recognized in the 2026 InvestmentNews Awards.
Dave Alison (founder of Alison Wealth Management and a founding partner and president of Prosperity) was named as an Excellence Awardee for Advisor of the Year (Regional - Southeast), James Comblo as an Excellence Awardee for Advisor of the Year (Regional - Northeast), and Bryan Bibbo as an Excellence Awardee for Advisor of the Year (Regional - Midwest). Bibbo was also recognized for The Thrivent Award for Excellence in Philanthropy and Community Service.
Prosperity Capital Advisors was founded in 2011 by Jason L. Smith, who was the founder of JL Smith Holistic Wealth Management, one of the five firms coming together under the new structure. He is also the chief visionary and executive chairman of Prosperity.
