Prosperity has named Jeff Lenhart as its new president, the latest in a string of senior executive appointments reshaping leadership across the wealth management industry in 2026.
Lenhart, a CFP professional with an Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation, joins from Forvis Mazars, where he served as Southeast regional leader of the firm's national wealth management business.
In that capacity he drove growth across the region, advanced digital capabilities, and helped develop integrated client solutions across the firm's service lines.
"Prosperity has thoughtfully developed a holistic, national wealth management firm," Lenhart said. "I'm thrilled to be charged with expanding on the success of Michele and her team."
Lenhart holds a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior and finance from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a master's degree in personal financial planning from the College for Financial Planning.
He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the American Institute of CPAs and serves on the board of directors of Gift of Adoption.
His predecessor, Michele Martin, remains with the firm. Martin described Lenhart as having "the background and client relationship skills to take Prosperity even further."
Prosperity manages more than $5 billion in assets under management and operates as a registered investment advisor under the EisnerAmper umbrella, offering wealth planning, investment management, and tax services on an integrated basis.
The Prosperity appointment comes amid an active stretch for executive moves across the wealth sector.
