National RIA Nepsis is making a fresh start in 2025 with a new national headquarters.

On Friday, the financial advisory, investment management, and tax services firm announced the opening of its new head office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The firm said its new office, located at Two Meridian near the intersection of I-35W and I-494, reflects its significant expansion following a period of rapid growth.

“Being a family-run business deeply rooted in the Minneapolis area, creating a corporate home at this location marks a significant milestone for our firm,” Matt Pearson, president of Nepsis, said in the announcement Friday. “We’re excited to enhance the client experience with a state-of-the-art, centrally located space that promotes a collaborative atmosphere that is second to none.”

The move follows Nepsis’ acquisition of tax and accounting firm Sevenich, Butler, Gerlach & Brazil in 2023, which bolstered its tax planning and business advisory services. With its entire team now operating under one roof, the new office is designed to improve collaboration across service lines and support the firm’s growing client base.

More recently, the firm reinforced its growth strategy with notable additions to its workforce. Nepsis nearly quadrupled its headcount over the past two years,  the firm said, going from 13 employees in 2022 to 46 in 2024.

“Centralizing our operations in this new space allows us to streamline services and deliver truly holistic solutions for our clients,” Pearson said.

Nepsis also saw key changes in its leadership during that period, including Pearson's promotion to president and its hiring of Troy Williams as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development. Last summer, the firm also welcomed ex-RBC Wealth Management executive Malia Haskins as vice president of estate planning and tax industry veteran Kelly Nanasy as VP of accounting and advisory services.

Its other major hires included Jack Cahill, senior vice president of tax; Amanda Butler, chief technology officer; and Derek Malmquist as vice president of marketing.
