Andrew Randak, Nicole Boutmy de Katzmann and Kristian Sedeño, formerly of Fieldpoint Private Advisors, have formed The Mile Creek Global Group.

Three advisers who oversaw $350 million in client assets at Fieldpoint Private Advisors have joined New York-based Snowden Lane Partners.

Andrew Randak, Nicole Boutmy de Katzmann and Kristian Sedeño have formed The Mile Creek Global Group, based in Snowden Lane’s New York, Coral Gables, Florida, and New Haven, Connecticut, offices.

Randak has joined the firm as senior partner and managing director. He specializes in helping clients throughout Europe, North and South America manage wealth and handle complex, cross-border issues. Randak served as a managing director and senior adviser at Fieldpoint.

Boutmy de Katzmann and Sedeño both joined Snowden as managing director and partner.

Boutmy de Katzmann advises families in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. in multigenerational wealth planning, investments, philanthropy and gifting. He had served as a managing director and senior adviser at Fieldpoint Private.

Sedeño provides wealth management and private banking services to domestic and international families. Sedeño was vice president and associate adviser at Fieldpoint Private.
