UBS Wealth Management USA announced the addition of two teams of advisors from Merrill Lynch: the San Francisco-based Klinger Quan Group, which manages more than $1.3 billion in assets, and Hartford, Connecticut-based David Sacharko and Sean Siana, who oversee $340 million in assets.

The Klinger Quan Group is led by Jeffrey Klinger and Bradley Quan, who are joining UBS from Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management. They're joined in the move by three staffers: senior wealth strategy associates Clinton Greene and Joram Jensen, and client strategy associate Ryan McAbel.

Prior to joining Merrill in 2013, Klinger spent five years at Credit Suisse and worked in the private wealth management division at Lehman Brothers. Quan also joined Merrill in 2013 from Credit Suisse; he began his career in 2003 as a business analyst at Lehman Brothers.

David Sacharko and Sean Siana, who operate as the Sarcharko Siana Group, are joining UBS from Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, along with a staffer, client service associate Barrett “Jake” Heyde

Sacharko had been affiliated with Merrill since 2004, according to his BrokerCheck report. Siana joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2014.
