A team of four female wealth management professionals are taking the next step of their business journey by joining Summit Financial’s partnership program Summit Growth Partners.
Oracle Private Wealth Advisors, previously Oracle Capital Strategies, manages around $300 million in client assets and is based in in Lutherville, Maryland, with a focus on high-net-worth executives, entrepreneurs, private foundations, and multigenerational families.
The all-women firm comprises founding member Audrey Drossner; Margaret “Meg” Anderson, director of private client advisory; Julia Vaughn, director of wealth planning; Diana Cooper, client manager; and Karen Sanchez, client service manager.
Joining the SGP program means the firm will enjoy cash monetization with equity participation as well as exclusive partnership privileges, while its affiliate partnership of Summit Financial enables access to the firm’s technology and services including the SummitVantage platform.
“By adding Summit’s premier set of resources to our practice, we are better equipped to grow and protect our clients’ wealth,” said Drossner. “Furthermore, the ability to leverage the expertise of those on the professional strategy team at Summit enables us to thoughtfully deepen and scale our client relationships.”
Drossner built the business with a strong focus on how an all-women team can offer a unique perspective as the wealth that is controlled by women grows and given the challenge that the industry has in attracting and supporting female advisors.
"Oracle’s legacy is a direct result of Audrey’s passion for guiding the financial lives of her clients. Her financial planning acumen, coupled with her dedication to bringing more women into the industry, is exactly the type of leader we are looking for at Summit,” said Stan Gregor, CEO of Summit Financial Holdings. “We look forward to supercharging her business and empowering her team’s future.”

It is not clear how many employees will be affected, but none of the private partnership’s 20,000 financial advisors will see their jobs at risk.
The historic summer sitting saw a roughly two-thirds pass rate, with most CFP hopefuls falling in the under-40 age group.
"The greed and deception of this Ponzi scheme has resulted in the same way they have throughout history," said Daniel Brubaker, U.S. Postal Inspection Service inspector in charge.
