Integrated Partners has added a registered investment advisor firm in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to its growing network of advisors.

CoFi Advisors, previously with Ameriprise Financial, comprises co-founders and financial advisors Colin Walker and Wheeler Crowley, and registered client service associate and practice manager Shania Mulley.

The team was attracted to make the switch by the robust back office and organic growth solutions offered to independent advisors by Integrated including the CPA Alliance which helps incubate and scale advisor firms through CPA partnerships.

“Joining Integrated allows us to grow our solution set, leveraging the firm’s dynamic technology and bespoke investment platform to provide an experience more tailored to our clients’ needs,” said Crowley.

The addition of CoFi follows a milestone year for Integrated in which it added $3 billion in assets under administration, which stand at more than $17 billion in 2024.  The firm also linked up with California-based accounting and advisory firm Windes to launch a new wealth management business.

“When we met with Colin, Wheeler and Shania, we were instantly impressed with the cohesiveness of their team, including their ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively to serve their client base,” said Paul Saganey, founder and president at Integrated. “In a short time, CoFi has built a fantastic practice with tremendous potential for further success. We’re delighted that they have chosen Integrated, and we’re very much looking forward to helping power their growth journey.”
