An advisor who oversaw $509 million in client assets at Morgan Stanley has joined Alex. Brown, a unit of Raymond James, the firm announced Monday.
Eva Marina Ovejero has more than two decades of experience and specializes in working with high-net-worth households and business owners from Central and South America. She will join Alex. Brown’s Brickell Avenue branch in Miami.
Ovejero had been affiliated with Morgan Stanley since 2009, according to her BrokerCheck report, and earlier worked at Citigroup Global Markets.
"The boutique wealth management style of Alex. Brown, combined with the vast resources and advanced technology of Raymond James, will be invaluable in providing personalized solutions and white-glove service to my clients,” she said in a statement.
