SS&C, a global provider of services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries, announced a new client relationship management technology last week that aims to “redefine the advisor experience.”

The Black Diamond CRM module, designed exclusively for wealth managers and advisory firms, offers advisors “a comprehensive managed services solution to reduce the technology maintenance burden,” SS&C said in a statement.

The Black Diamond CRM module, which will be integrated into the SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Platform, comes with several key features. Advisors who use the module will have access to a workflow manager, robust email integration and insights into time and resource allocations. The module also supports single and multicustodial workflows and account opening integrations to help save advisors’ time.

“This innovative module seamlessly complements SS&C's existing CRM solutions, Salentica Elements and Salentica Engage, providing firms with a low-maintenance option while ensuring a smooth transition to enhanced customization capabilities,” the company said.

Steve Leivent, co-general manager at SS&C Advent, added that the latest enhancement complements Black Diamond's ongoing momentum.
